Who We Are
The roots of the Women’s Alliance of La Crosse were founded upon the Business & Professional Women – La Crosse Chapter and counted teachers, librarians and secretaries as its original members, professions common to women in the 1920s. Since then, the chapter has grown to include college administrators, small business owners, bankers, lawyers, realtors, physicians and other positions too numerous to name. Each woman brings a unique perspective and energy to the organization, yet all meet for the common goal of bettering the position of women, for ourselves, our daughters and our granddaughters. The Women’s Alliance of La Crosse was formed in 2012 when the State organization disbanded into individual local organizations.

How to Join
We encourage any prospective members to attend a meeting as a guest to see how meetings are run and to get to know our organization. Visitors can register to attend a meeting by visiting the Visit Us! section on our website.
Monthly meetings take place the second Thursday of each month from 12-1pm at The Waterfront Restaurant. Cost of lunch is $13.00. Membership packets are also available at the meetings or by clicking below to download the Membership Application.Download Our Membership Application
